I tested some special effects using Adobe After Effects 7.0 and edited it with Adobe Premiere pro. This is what I managed to come up with after 2 weeks of studying up on the two programs and testing out some effects. Feel free to give some constructive comments. (I am busy making a full movie with script and storyline and hopefully some better acting to show the effects and will post it as soon as it is finished.)
